Achieving business value with tools that decrease your time to value and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is something that Oracle Retail is heavily invested in. Over the past 12 years, Oracle Retail has dedicated significant time and resources into building and maintaining the Oracle Retail Reference Library (RRL). The RRL is a tool that is free to our customers and system integrator partners, and is based on nearly 6,000 implementations across 95+ countries, and includes input from the top 20 grocers, top 10 fashion retailers, and top 10 hardline retailers. The RRL is designed to accelerate your implementation and help maximize the value derived from your retail systems.
The latest release of the RRL provides access to over 800 detailed process workflows, over 7,500 architecture artifacts, and 1,104 semantic terms answering the big picture questions of how the Oracle Retail applications and business processes fit together, from executive and technical perspectives. The RRL is an evolving portfolio of best practices supporting on premise or SaaS deployments of the Oracle Retail applications by continuously adding new content and updating existing content based on the latest application releases.
The Retail Reference Library for Release 16.0.2 is available for local download from My Oracle Support Doc ID 2375557.1.
