The Retail Insights Cloud Services 17.0.004 patch release contains a variety of enhancements in the area of Promotions, including support for external promotion interfaces from a CRM system such as Customer Engagement. This release also adds automatic generation of LY calendars for the shifted and unshifted reporting methods, the ability to relabel metrics through an external interface, and over 200 new metrics and attributes.
