Oracle Retail EFTLink Documentation for Release 16.0

Oracle Retail EFTLink is a middleware product that removes Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service from the costly and frequently changing Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS). EFTLink uses an industry-standard interface to Xstore Point of Service and then translates the messages to the relevant format provided by the payment provider, enabling Xstore Point of Service to be outside of the payment scope.

Oracle Retail EFTLink Release Notes

This document describes the enhancements made in Release 16.0.

Oracle Retail EFTLink Core Configuration Guide

This guide describes the requirements and procedures to set up EFTLink to interface between Xstore Point of Service and the selected payment system.

For release 16.0, cores are added for the following payment providers:

  • Adyen -  supports standard payment functionality, payments, refunds, reversals, and tokenized refunds.
  • MerchantLink -  supports standard payment functionality, payments, refunds, reversals, tokenized refunds, line display, and gift cards.
  • Cayan -  supports standard payment functionality, payments, refunds, reversals, tokenized refunds, line display, and gift cards.

The following cores are updated for Release 16.0:

  • FiPay - support for gift cards.
  • VeriFone PointUS - support for gift cards.
  • SolveConnect

Oracle Retail EFTLink Framework Installation Guide

This guide describes the requirements and procedures to install EFTLink. For Release 16.0, the following updates are made:

  • Minor changes made to the filesets and following files and descriptions:
    • EFTLinkConfig.bat
    • Log4j4.xml
    • EFTLinkConfig directory
    • Xstore Client
  • Tanuki version updated to 30.

Oracle Retail EFTLink Security Guide

This guide provides information on how to ensure the secure operation of EFTLink. For Release 16.0, the Secure Configuration and Secure Development chapters are added. These chapters describe retailer and solution specific responsibilities for ensuring EFTLink is securely implemented and configured.

Oracle Retail EFTLink Configuration Utility User Guide

This guide describes the use of the EFTLink Configuration Tool. The tool takes settings from a variety of configuration file formats and enables a user to alter the configuration and save the changes.
