Documentation for Oracle Hospitality Cruise Shipboard Property Management Release 20.1

Oracle Hospitality Cruise Shipboard Property includes the following modules:

  • Administration Manages the setup of cabin, lifeboat and muster station, system codes configuration, reports, and many more.
  • Management: Manages guest and visitor reservations, preferences, and billing.
  • Crew: Manages the crew's reservation, billing, and safety certification,
  • Advance Quick Check-In: Provides quick access to guest booking, expedites the check-in process, obtain payment methods and prints board card.
  • Mobile Check-In Application: Provides quick access to guest accounts, booking information, and a simplified check-in process during embarkation.
  • Gangway Security:  Manages passenger movement at the Gangway.
  • Mobile Mustering: Registers passenger and crew to the Muster Station or lifeboat.
  • Time and Attendance:  Manages the crew's weekly schedule by location and task, capturing crew clock in/out time.

Oracle Hospitality Cruise Shipboard Property Management Service is hosted in the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud.

Online Help and Operations Guide

  • Database Updater that runs Database Scripts.
  • Mobile Check-In Administration and Application

Installation Guide

  • Instructions for configuring Cruise Shipboard Property Management using Install Shield
  • UI Application/API Server install and upgrade process
  • Technology update to support Oracle Client 12c and Developer Express 18.2 on .Net Framework 4.7.2
