Oracle Retail Reference Library (RRL) Information Center and Release Index (Doc ID 2058843.2)

The Oracle Retail Reference Library repository provides an introductory overview of the RRL and its components, the intended audience, as well as, links to key documentation, including, the Getting Started RRL Transfer of Information (TOI) and Related Oracle Retail Product Information. Additionally, an Index of Available RRL Versions has been created, intended to provide quick and simple access to Knowledge Base Article Numbers associated with all current releases of the RRL.

The Oracle Retail Reference Library is a collection of detailed implementation information for partners and retailers available via My Oracle Support. The RRL includes business process models, architectural diagrams, and a retail glossary. It contains deep retail intellectual property that Oracle Retail offers in order to accelerate Oracle Retail implementations, allowing retailers to derive maximum value from the software.

Need assistance getting started with the RRL? Oracle Retail offers a variety of tools to help users get acclimated with the RRL, including remote client overviews, on demand training (TOI), and formatted presentations for use during onsite workshops.

Please email the RRL team at retailprocess_ww@oracle.com with questions or support requests. All feedback is welcome.
