VyOS on AWS & Google cloud with Layer 2 networking

Networking enthusiasts rejoice – we are proud to share that VyOS is now available on Ravello Repo. Using Ravello's nested virtualization and networking overlay technology, it is now possible to run VyOS on AWS & Google cloud with Layer 2 networking.

Networking experts use VyOS – a community fork of Vyatta (now a Brocade product), Linux based network operating system – for software based network routing, firewall and VPN. VyOS supports many features such as scriptable CLI, stateful configuration, image based upgrade, support for sophisticated routing protocols. All these and more, make VyOS a popular choice as a networking and security virtual appliance in the open-source community, and now it possible to run it on Ravello with one click.
