The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia on 14th January 2021 released the CP21, CP22, and CP22A (version Amendment 1/2021). Employers are required to use and complete this prescribed form in effect from 01st January 2021 and notify the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) within 30 days (previously one month) of a change in an employee’s status. These amendments are effective as of 01st January 2021
