Legislative Updates for PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll Spain

Paul Smit
Director Product Management
As result of the publication of Orden HAP/1626/2016 and ORDEN FORAL 534/2016, Oracle has delivered Tax Update (#7) containing the changes to comply with  the technical requirements for the reporting of Model 190 for 2016 for the State fiscal territory and Guipuzkoa Fiscal Territory.
On December 13th, Bizkaia has also published the technical requirements for the Model 190 for 2016 (ORDEN FORAL 2141/2016) following the same approach regarding reporting of Income and Taxes due Subsidies during Temporally Disability absences. We are working on the changes to deliver them as soon as possible, and will react to the changes for Alava or Navarra whenever they get their corresponding laws published.
Finally, Government has published Royal Decree 3/2016 containing references to the increases on the Maximum Social Security Bases effective from January 2017. It also contains the increase on the Minimum Salary (SMI) that is the value used to determine the new minimum Social Security Bases. Oracle is working on the changes to deliver them as soon as possible.
The Position Statement has been revised to include more details about these legislative updates, the patch availability and pre-requisites. We advise customers to review the position statement to keep up-to-date. The Position Statement can be found on My Oracle Support, Document ID 1520058.1.
