Legislative Update for PeopleSoft HCM United States - EEO-1 Reporting

The White House of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) informed the EEOC that they are initiating a ‘review’ of the collection of pay and hours data (2018 requirement) for the EEO-1 Report.  During this review the EEOC was instructed to use the previously approved EEO-1 form to collect race/ethnicity and gender data, due date is still March 31, 2018.  At this time (subject to change)  employers will not be required to submit  pay and hours info on the EEO-1 for 2017.  Oracle will continue to monitor and provides updates regarding the status of the EEO-1 Report.
