Legislative Update for PeopleSoft HCM on the Affordable Care Act

PeopleSoft Payroll for North America/Benefits has been adding functionality along the way to support the requirement for Health Care Reform. One big piece of legislation that has been evolving is Employer Shared Responsibility. On February 12, 2014 the IRS announced the final regulations. We have revised Position Statement on July 17, 2014 to include any new information we have obtained since the last posting. We encourage you to review the latest Statement to keep up to date.
