Soft skill college degrees still dominate the top 10.

It may come as no surprise that computer science topped a recent list from the Princeton Review of the top 10 college majors, based on research including popularity and also job prospects. What came in at the number two spot? Communications. English and psychology also made the top 10. These kinds of majors are “going to stay put” on the list, predicts David Soto, director of content development for the Princeton Review, who says soft skills, such as knowing how to write press releases or how to explain a great opportunity waiting in the wings, are important skills, even at tech companies.
