In the event that the tips suggested do not resolve your issue, guidance is provided as to what information clients should provide in Service Requests to facilitate more efficient/effective review and troubleshooting by support and development.
In addition, please note that some topics may also have its own "Getting Help" section; which provides a list of additional required information that Oracle needs from you to help expedite the troubleshooting of that specific topic. Be sure to provide Oracle with this information when creating the service request.
