Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) 20.4 is Available
Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) 20.4 is released!
RDA is a command-line diagnostic tool which is designed to reduce the number of Support requests for additional information by collecting - in a single execution launched by a single command - all of the information which might help to resolve the current problem.
