    There is nothing about REST? (As a replacement for the very ugly XLMA stuff)
    Implies Oracle 12.2 also 19.0 (essencenly only the new branding)?
    (I ask that because of the life time support for Oracle DB versions)
    Thak you and Regards
    Andre

    Will 11.2 still have EAS console for essbase? Will it still include MaxL and csc scripts?
  • admin Friday, July 26, 2019
    Hi Kyle;

    Is VBScript still an option for script development in FDMEE?
  • Jared Wong Thursday, August 8, 2019
    Hi Tanya,

    With Essbase remaining at 11.1.2.4, will that version be certified for Windows 2016 and the other 3rd party certifications mentioned?

    Thank you!
  • Jared Wong Thursday, August 8, 2019
    Additionally, will Essbase 11.1.2.4 support JDK 1.8?

    Thanks!
  • admin Thursday, August 15, 2019
    Hi Jared;

    I reached out to the product manager and below are his responses:

    Essbase 11.1.2.4 with EPM 11.2 will support the same matrix as 11.2.

    11.2 for windows is focusing on Windows 2019. Matrix is finalizing shortly.

    Once 11.2 is released, everything will be posted to the matrix regarding support and compatibility.

    Thank you.

    1. Given that 11.1.2.4 was the final release for Interactive Reporting, can an Essbase Oracle EPM 11.1.2.4 instance that also has Interactive Reporting installed be upgraded to 11.4?

    2. If an instance with both is upgraded will Oracle EPM 11.1.2.4 Interactive Reporting (IR) simply stop working, or will there be more things involved with the process?
  • Arvind Moorthy Thursday, September 5, 2019
    Do we have an upgrade path for EPM 11.1.2.0 to EPM 11.2. Mainly for HFM.
  • Simon Powell Monday, September 9, 2019
    Hi,

    We now in September, are we any closer to a release date? I need to move to a new server environment, which only support Windows 2016. Is EPM/DRM 11.2, still going to be released in Sept?

    Thanks

    Simon
  • Aravind Monday, September 9, 2019
    Currently we are on HFM 11.1.2.3 , would it be possible for us to upgrade directly to 11.2 , or would it have to be to 11.1.2.4 and then 11.2
    This is important for us, as the server specs for 11.2 may not work for 11.1.2.4.
