Installation of BI Applications 7.9.6.4 with Informatica PowerCenter 9.5.1

The following notice has been made for customers who are in the process of either installing or upgrading to Oracle BI Applications 7.9.6.4 with Informatica PowerCenter 9.5.1 Hot Fix 2.

Included in the Business Intelligence 11g media pack is the Informatica .rep file for Oracle BI Applications V7.9.6.4 in Informatica PowerCenter V9.5.1 format. The part is titled 'Informatica Repository 9.5.1 for BI Applications 7.9.6.4' (part # V41981-01).

The Informatica .rep file provided is an incorrect development version. Do not use this file to restore the Informatica repository for BI Applications 7.9.6.4. Drop this repository if you have already restored it.

Patch 18104144 link is not working..

Have just tested and the Patch 18104144 link could be accessed and patch downloaded. Please retry as it may have been a temporary hiccup along the internet highway at that time when attempting to access. If it fails please retry the following alternate steps to access.

Alternate to access the patch:
1) log into MOS (https://support.oracle.com)
2) using "Search Knowledge Base" field (top right hand corner)
a) from dropdown select Patches (left side of field)
b) enter the patch reference number: 18104144
c) click on the eyeglass icon (right side of field)
3) the patch should return in the search results
Informatica Repository 9.5.1 for BI Applications 7.9.6.4
4) selecting this reference should open within MOS Patches & Updates.
