More Information on PeopleSoft Chatbots

As I wrote in a recent blog post, PeopleSoft has delivered new chatbots AND a framework for developing chatbots for use with PeopleSoft.  Now we've posted a lot more information on a Key Concepts page that customers and partners will find useful.  As with most information, you can find it through peoplesoftinfo.com.  This Chatbot page contains links to the following:

    Hi Matthew,

    I understood there was session scheduled on OO'19, but that it got cancelled. Would you know if there are interesting sessions to attend on the chatbots?

    There are several sessions on chatbots at OW and as far as I know, they haven't been cancelled. In the PeopleSoft realm, chatbots are discussed under the subject "emerging technology". There is a technology session as well as sessions in all the application pillars covering emerging technology/chatbots. There are also numerous sessions beyond PeopleSoft covering chatbots and Oracle Digital Assistant (which PeopleSoft chatbots use). Go to the OW Schedule Builder and search on "chatbot" and you'll get a long list of sessions.
