Let’s celebrate the new Employment Questionnaire and advancements now available with applicant screening.

The Employment Questionnaire gives Recruiters a new way to present the old hard coded Preference Questions. The Employment Questions can be configured as a separate step in the Job Application or added as a sub-step with the Qualifications or Skills Questions. The ‘Skills Questions’ used to be called ‘Screening Questions’ but since all of these questions can be used in screening we have changed the terminology to be more user-friendly for a Recruiter. 

The Employment and Skills Questions can now be sequenced and intermixed in ANY order. No more open-ended questions only at the end.  A Recruiter can also mark specific questions as required so that the applicant doesn’t conveniently forget to answer them. 

A Recruiter can add universally used Employment and Skill Questions to the Resume or Job Opening Templates for easy usage. When a new job opening is created, the employment and skill questions (except for open-ended questions) will automatically be added saving the Recruiter from adding them every time.

We have also made it simple for questions to be deleted and added during the job opening creation. You can even override the answer and points without changing the original question/answer setup.  

We have also added the Questionnaire sections to the Review and Submit Pages for the Applicants giving them the ability to see how they answered the questions on their application.
