Recruitment Diversity Overview Analytic

Whether your Recruiting Administrator is reviewing recruitment diversity data for a special initiative, EEO request, or diversity program, gathering that information usually requires effort and time from your PeopleSoft staff.   If you wanted to view all of the diversity information for your applicants, you had to create four separate queries or a complex SQR.  Well, now with the new Recruitment Diversity Overview Analytic delivered in PI 19, your Recruiting Administrator can have this data available at their fingertips.  This is the first of three anticipated analytics just for recruitment that gives your organization an overview of their applicant pool.  Additional analytics are anticipated to focus on the application.  

Due to the sensitivity of this information, this analytic is only delivered for the Recruiting Administrator role.    For performance purposes, a table is created to hold this data.  You can automate the creation of the table and also allow your Recruiting Administrator to create the table on the fly for the most current data. The Recruiting Administrator can add the analytic directly to the Recruiting Homepage.

One of the advantages of a PeopleSoft delivered analytic is that you can
use the facets on the left side to filter, slice, and dice the
information giving you a lot of flexibility in your reporting. The
Overview analytic can be sorted by job opening, job code, and job
family to just name a few.  You can even download data to Excel.
