The year 2022 saw our YouTube channel go beyond 11,000 subscribers. Your constant support coupled with a steady addition of educational videos on our channel has helped us to get to where we are today. We do highly encourage you to subscribe to our channel to keep up with all the PeopleSoft learning through the videos available on it.

Last year we released over 20 Video Feature Overviews (VFOs). While some got featured in our Top 5 most watched VFOs list, others might have gone under the radar.

Now let’s take a look at the 5 VFOs of 2022 that you might have missed…

  1. PeopleSoft eSettlements Supplier Inquiry Skill Using PICASO

Without having to speak with the Accounts Payable department, the PeopleSoft eSettlements skill for the Supplier Digital Assistant helps suppliers stay on top of their invoices, payments, and disputes. Infrequent or casual eSettlements users can use this interactive supplier assistant to perform quick, on-the-go queries, which can reduce the number of calls for help from your suppliers.

  1. PeopleSoft Inventory Lot Expiration Analytic Dashboard

Two dashboards for analyzing lot-controlled Inventory data were added to PeopleSoft Inventory in PeopleSoft FSCM Update Image 44. These dashboards highlight important items that are nearing their "end-of-life" and must be used or discarded.

  1. PeopleSoft Fluid Response to Bid Opportunities

In FSCM update Image 44, PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing redesigned the Bidder and Supplier responses to Bid Events. This feature originated in the PeopleSoft Idea Space, where customers requested a simple and intuitive process for bidders to complete their bids.

  1. PeopleSoft Analytics for Asset Management

Asset accountants and asset managers can use PeopleSoft's high-performance, user-friendly analytics dashboards that offer insight into accounting period and year-over-year asset data, providing insight into asset counts, acquisitions, disposals, cost, and net book value. The visualizations support financial reporting and budget and tax planning.

  1. PeopleSoft Budget versus Actual Analytics

Three new dashboards are included in the PeopleSoft FSCM Update Image 41 to assist you in managing operational efficiencies and making business decisions. The expense-focused My Budget dashboard enables department owners to manage cumulative spending over budget.
