In 2023, we added over 50 videos on our YouTube channel. This resulted in a growth in our subscribers and also the overall viewership. Off the Video Feature Overviews (VFOs) created and uploaded here’s a list of the 5 most watched VFOs on our channel.


5. PeopleSoft HCM Lockdown Framework


The HCM Lockdown Framework is a powerful framework that allows you to lock any HCM component for a group of people based on a schedule, process, or on-demand. A Lockdown Event contains information about when a lockdown occurs; who is impacted by the lockdown – the User, Role, or Product Key; which components are locked, and a message explaining why a component is locked.


4. PeopleSoft Benefits Insights

PeopleSoft Benefits now delivers a new analytics approach for the Benefits specialist to review, analyze, and take action. Before visualizations, Benefits staff only had static reports that provided data about Benefits Admin processes. Benefits specialists and administrators now have multiple analytic Insights within PeopleSoft Benefits.

2. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid Budgets – Equation Engine Enhancement

In PeopleSoft Campus Solutions PUM Image 28, Financial Aid has enhanced the Budgets setup and Batch Budget process to include the CS Equation Engine feature. This enhancement provides an additional option in determining the complex cost of attendance budgets.


1. PeopleSoft Page and Field Configurator

The Page and Field Configurator provides users options for eliminating their most common page customizations (like disabling field entries or hiding a field, changing labels, etc.) and tracking the changes made by them.
