Veterans Day will be observed on Friday, November 11, 2022 - We are proud to honor and support the brave men and women of the US Armed Forces—those who have served and those who continue to serve.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requires employers to take affirmative action to recruit, hire and promote U.S protected veterans – the 2022 is 5.5%.  Under VEVRAA, the term protected veterans is defined as 1) disabled veterans, 2) veterans who served on active duty during war or campaign for which a campaign badge was authorized, 3) veterans who were awarded an Armed Forces Service Medal, and 4) recently separated veterans.

Applicants and Employees have the opportunity and should be encouraged to self-identity themselves as a protected veteran via Self-Service (for employees) and Recruiting (for applicants).
