Delivered in Update Image 24, Mobile Technician provides your maintenance field technicians with quick access to view and update Work Order tasks, as well as create new Work Orders. This browser-based solution leverages PeopleSoft’s Fluid User Interface, and can be deployed to any iOS or Android device.
The My Tasks tile shares many of the core features of the classic Technician Workbench. Technicians can update task statuses, enter Work Order time, record meter readings, add and view attachments, etc.
Quick Work Order provides technicians with the ability to add new ad-hoc Work Orders. They can also view and update existing Work Orders.
In addition to My Tasks and Quick Work Order, Field Technicians can view notices, and gain insight into open tasks by date, open tasks by priority, and weekly time entries.
