Benefits Enrollment Life Cycle is now Fluid!

Just released in HCM Image 28, fluid Benefits Enrollment brings a simple, intuitive and modern benefits election experience to your employees. While the type of employee benefits may vary from organization to organization, the need for a modern and easy enrollment process is key for everyone. Fluid Benefits Enrollment is not just for your annual Open Enrollment but also provides a streamlined process for fluid Life Events and OnBoarding.

Create a tile to introduce your Annual Open Enrollment and provide a simple way for employees to start their process.  The data is configurable and even provides a countdown clock for employees to see the deadline.

The Benefits Enrollment is built on the Activity Guide Composer.  This gives you the flexibility to create a process unique to your organization and various benefit programs. You can easily delete steps or add your own steps to the guide. You can also clone our delivered templates and build your own.


Add a video for your employees to watch and create an acknowledgement statement. You    determine what steps are important to your individual processes.


The Benefits Enrollment step is the heart of the process.  It provides the employees with Enrollment Summary Information about the cost of their benefits, contact information and resource links.  





The employee can view the benefit plans in a card or grid view.


You control the number of cards shown, the order of the cards, and much of the configuration using the current Benefits Admin setup.  So no reimplementation of Benefits Administration is required.

The benefit cards work the same but when you drill down the cards will look different depending upon the information that needs to be captured. Here is an example of a Medical, Disability, and Flex Spending card.


A few other new enhancements include only one submit button and the ability for employees to view, save, and print an Enrollment Preview Statement. 


We deliver a RTF (Rich Text Format) document but you can easily create or change the document as needed.  The document includes a watermark and date and time stamps.

Although you may be finished with your 2019 Open Enrollment, now is a great time to begin incorporating the new fluid Benefits Enrollment with your fluid Life Events. We have redelivered the marriage, birth, adoption, and divorce events to include the fluid Benefits Enrollment.







OnBoarding has also been redelivered to include the new fluid Benefits Enrollment, giving your new hires a modern and convenient way to enroll.
