New Opportunities Through Oracle’s Acquisition Of Eloqua

On December 20, 2012, Oracle announced that it has agreed to acquire Eloqua, a leading provider of cloud-based modern marketing applications. The proposed transaction is subject to Eloqua stockholder approval, certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in the first half of 2013.
