Check Out the New ACS Pages On OPN!

The Advanced Customer Support pages on the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Portal have been updated to reflect the new OPN format and to better serve partners’ needs.  The first page explains the value of ACS to the partners and details the services available for resale.  The new format organizes the services by product area and lifecycle to help the partners find information more quickly.  This page also includes two new partner guides for Hardware and Engineered Systems.  There is also a link to a secondary page which provides training for partners regarding:

  • The ACS services available
  • How to sell the services
  • How to order the services on the Oracle Partner Store

These pages are an important resource to learn more about the ACS Services, especially for partners who wish to resell the ACS Services alongside their sale of Oracle hardware and software.  ACS services are meant to complement and not compete with partners’ offerings, enhancing end user satisfaction and creating repeat and reference customers.  The new pages can be accessed directly at:!
