Comments:

I think that any technical forums are useful for developers who begin in an area. And contributions of many people make rich the experience.

1) please do not try to make it flash. the my oracle was terrible.

2) improve the search functionality. sometimes when i search on a term that should get great result i get nothing. other times obscure, low match article come up to the top and the real answer is buried way down below or not there at all. search is our primary lifeline to help.

Curtis,

I can promise you that Flash is NOT an option being considered. ;)

Yes, improving search is a top priority.

Focus on good visible presentations of code. The former {CODE} tags have much room for improvements.

Why not look at using APEX to build a custom forum application? It would show that Oracle has a REAL commitment to APEX and is using it internally.. I understand the Oracle store and Ask Tom use APEX, but a forum application written in APEX would go a long way to show APEX off...

There is already an existing application, but it would need to be enhanced to handle the needs of nature..

Just a thought..
