new Xorg 1.5 on MSI netbook opensolaris B106

Hi All,

So I'm trying to work out why the mouse is dead on the MSI netbook when I come back out of suspend.

I upgraded to the new Xorg 1.5 which will be included in B017.

The mouse and keyboard did not work when I started gdm after the upgrade.

I had to add these lines to the /etc/X11/xorg.conf to get them back.

Section "ServerLayout"
        Identifier     "X.org Configured"
        Screen      0  "Screen0" 0 0
        InputDevice    "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
        InputDevice    "Keyboard0" "CoreKeyboard"
        Option             "AllowEmptyKey" "no"
EndSection

Section "ServerFlags"
        Option "AutoAddDevices" "False"
EndSection

Not sure if this is really the correct solution, but the Linux guys are having to use it also, Xorg 1.5 is supposed to use HAL to pick up keyboard and mouse.

Hi,

Not my work, I found it somewhere else.

suspend / resume is not working at all under B106 with Xorg 1.5, I'll going back to B104.

This upgrade script is not working going from B106 to B107.

Someone else tried B107 clean on AA1, it did not work either.

I have a B104 and B105 both luugraded AA1's and 98% of the netbook works.
