New RHEL to Solaris 11 Evaluation Guide

The Red Hat Enterprise Linux to Oracle Solaris 11 Evaluation guide by Glynn Foster has been revised and updated. This guide is intended for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Administrators to evaluate the outstanding features of Solaris 11.

With the support of an ex-colleague and friend of mine, Laszlo Beres - to whom I'd like to say thank you, your engagement is appreciated! - we had the chance to provide input in the review phase, and are proud to present the new version.

Glynn has introduced his guide's new version on his blog with a great summary, have a look at it at: Coming from RHEL to Oracle Solaris? Need help?

The guide refers to Installation-, Packaging, System Configuration, Networking, Virtualization, Storagemanagement, Security, HighAvailability and Monitoring features and differences between the two operating system distributions.
