One of the great things about Oracle Guided Learning are the multiple ways our customers choose to apply it. Customers take Guide Learning core functionality and creatively apply it to solve their various business needs. Our customer’s creatively provides us insight and direction in how we can continually evolve and innovate. And, each of our product releases are often a collaboration and collation of the wealth of insights we hear from our customers.

The Challenge: What are other customers doing to solve their user adoption challenges?

A common question we gather from customers is “how are other customers managing a similar challenge and/or applying our product to solve their business needs?” The user adoption space is unique, with each customer having their own methods and requirements for developing training and communicating change based upon their user population’s characteristics, business culture, and behaviors. However, as an outcome of seeing Oracle Guided Learning rolled out to over 4.4 million users, we have observed similarities in how our customers can use our software to help meet their needs.

Introducing Use Case Libraries

Use Case Libraries are a series of customizable Oracle Guided Learning assets available for customers to deploy directly in their application. These use cases cover the entire span of the cloud journey across testing, go-live, adoption and training, annual events like budget cycles and everyday application use.

Our goal with designing these use cases is to inspire our customers with the “Art of the Possible”. By enabling our customers to access a library of assets, templates, and content that is built upon application best practices and inspired by day to day guides that are commonly leveraged allows customers to spend less time learning the software and more time focusing on fine tuning their change management strategies and innovating their business processes.

Use Case Libraries are curated, knowledgeable content articulated in a templated format. The templates provide examples that can be digested easily in an online format. Customers can simply add these templates to their guide library and start editing the content to meet their unique business needs. The beauty of being able to take a pre-set collection of use cases and apply them directly in your console helps save content development and learning time and helps our customers apply best practices for using Oracle Guided Learning.

To date we have over 250 guides available that provide guidance across the cloud lifecycle journey. This includes use cases covering how Oracle Guided Learning can be applied during User Acceptance Training (UAT), application Go-Live, change and adoption cycles, or in everyday business processes.
