Oracle Guided Learning is now included with Oracle SaaS Cloud Applications

This week at Oracle Cloud World in Las Vegas, Oracle University is announcing the availability of Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) as a self-service offering now included with Oracle SaaS ERP, HCM & CX Cloud Applications – giving SaaS customers access to in-application guidance that fuels user adoption and provides efficient change management for their business.

OGL is proven to help customers accelerate cloud adoption and manage continuous change. This offering will now be part of our standard cloud service and includes free access to training for Oracle Business Process and the new Application Platform.

This offering includes:

1. Deployment of up to 15 In-application guidance assets (messages, smart tips, guides, and beacons.)
2. Oracle Business process training for project teams and functional administrators.
3. Access to adoption best practice use case templates build impactful guidance assets.
4. Ability to measure change programs and business process improvement with analytics.

For customers requiring change management and training across multiple applications, processes, regions and users, Oracle Guided Learning Premium is available as a fee-based service. Customers will be able to access enhanced features and services with OGL Premium including:

1. Available across SaaS, Industry, Non-SaaS Cloud Applications.
2. Unlimited use of OGL’s in-application guidance assets.
3. Enhanced adoption features such as multi-language deployment, surveys, and polls.
4. Access to over 2,000 pre-built content guides for SaaS Applications.
5. Access to adoption experts and a customer success manager to help with implementation, management, maintenance, and guidance around best practices.

Additionally, Oracle Guided Learning Premium is now included as part of the new Oracle Enhanced Support Services for SaaS, which brings together a comprehensive adoption and support offering that includes OGL Premium, a dedicated TAM, support assessments, and Testing as a Service.
