The advent of Oracle EBS 12.2 is truly a watershed moment in the application's evolution, set to significantly enhance business outcomes with a completely new way for Oracle customers to approach their EBS investments and manage their business and technology innovation.
In a recent webcast, Oracle Senior Vice President of Application Development, E-Business Suite Development Operations, Clifford Godwin describes the new Continuous Innovation release model for Oracle EBS 12.2, as well as Oracle’s recent EBS investments, new EBS features, and practical paths to the cloud.
Godwin is joined by Vice President of Oracle University Darron Knox to discuss the latest EBS training methodologies, which are designed to maximize results for both technical and business teams.

The new model empowers customers with increased flexibility around the timings for their functional and technology updates, enabling them to adapt significantly faster to emerging business needs.
As a result of the Continuous Innovation release roadmap, Oracle will also be providing Premier Support for EBS 12.2 until at least the year 2030.
Oracle has recently invested heavily in EBS enhancements focusing on functionality, user experience, mobility, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
The latest 12.2 release includes progressive new features, like Enterprise Command Centers, which enable you to have a real-time, personalized ‘conversation with data,’ without needing to wait for, or invest, in operational reporting.
Exciting new functionality across multiple EBS modules, enhanced user interfaces with HTML functionality, state-of-the-art EBS smartphone apps, and data privacy improvements, such as the Person Data Removal Tool (PDRT), are just some of the many new EBS 12.2 advantages discussed in the webcast.
