AI in Digital Adoption Platforms
AI (Artificial Intelligence) is starting to be embedded into many Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) to assist enterprise’s with ongoing change management and digital transformation initiatives.
Creating effective content can indeed be challenging for many users, especially when language proficiency, vocabulary, or organizational skills are limited. AI Assist can transform the content creation process, making it more accessible and efficient for users with varying levels of expertise. This will lead to higher-quality content and better overall satisfaction for both the content creators and their audiences.
OGL AI Assist
Content creators can choose to use the OGL AI Assistant to provide suggestions for content to apply in their message tooltips. This may help some developers bridge gaps in skills and knowledge, improves the overall quality and consistency of content produced and help boost productivity.
AI allows for greater personalization and customization of content recommendations. AI Assist allows you to ask for personalizations in tone and translation.
OGL AI Assist at its present stage can be used to supply suggestions for message announcements (such as onboarding welcome messages, business updates, policy announcements, maintenance downtime messages and newsletters).
An example use case for developing an outage message is documented below.
Use case: Content developer needs create an outage message that OGL will be offline on 23rd September 2024 for maintenance.

Commentary on future direction
Currently, OGL AI Assist is integrated only in Message guide. In the future, we plan to implement this approach to process guides that will help content developers to create step-by-step process guides. We may also, we may extend the support to other guide types such as smart tip, beacon, surveys and use in our analytics platform.
