All Oracle Certification customer service issues previously sent to ocp-fulfillment_ww@oracle.com, should now be submitted as service requests via the new request tool, as support via this email alias ended Monday May 23, 2011.

    Your support for your certification program is lacking. Sent several emails and still have not heard how to resolve the issue.

    Hello Harold and the OCP Team,

    I am glad to see that Oracle makes some efforts to improve our (your clients) experience in getting heard. It was real pain to get to speak with any OCP representatives in the past. I hope that this initiative will make a difference.

    Just tried to use the "new request tool" to get my broken OCM profile (messy information) on Oracle Eduction web fixed. Filled in form and after pushing submit button got the following error:

    "An error occurred: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small. Please try again later."

    Question: How I can report a problem on the "new request tool" if this form doesn't work?

    Hi OCP Team

    I have raised the Service Request:22180917, to issue my OCP success kit which is showing the status shipped in certview since 12-JUL-2011. My testing ID is How can I check the status of the Service Request raised for the issue. Earlier I raised the Service Request for same purpose but got hard closed without providing the required information, as I could not find the option to view the SR:22099701. My Oracle Certification Program ID is SR3120514. Please help.
