Introducing the New Virtual Event Center

Virtual events have continued to gain popularity over this past year and don't seem to be letting up anytime soon. Some are big extravagant online events, incorporating multiple live sessions, breakout rooms, and exhibitor booths. While others tend to be smaller scaled down events that allow the focus to be around a singular educational topic. Either way, with the right compelling vendor campaign content and video conference technology solution provider, partners can successfully deliver quick turn-key, partner-hosted virtual events to maintain digital relationships with customers and prospects alike.

Marketing Priorities

Prior to 2020 (or pre-pandemic), we would probably agree that virtual events weren't at the top of most company's radar like they are today. Whereas now, many companies have pivoted and began prioritizing virtual events and webinars in order to engage with customers/prospects in the digital realm as face-to-face events have more less been sidelined.

According to recent research from Bizzabo, an overwhelming majority of marketers now have virtual events and webinars on their radar and truly believe they are critical to their business' success. For example: 90%  of event marketers plan to invest in virtual events moving forward, 80% of event organizers feel like virtual events provide an opportunity for them to reach a wider audience, and 54% of organizations are increasing the number of webinars they produce.

Overall,  it appears that virtual events and webinars – aren’t really going anywhere anytime soon.  That's why we are excited to announce, a new Virtual Event Center, now available to partners using the Oracle Digital Marketing Center. This enhancement provides partners access to co-brand-able 'Partner Hosted' Oracle virtual event campaigns comprised of all the necessary campaign elements and workflows needed to create a successful virtual event.

The Virtual Event Center availability provides integration capability of Zoom instance (with a Zoom Pro or higher plan) allowing you to invite and track customer registrations and attendance associated with each individual campaign. And it enables you to invite customers, send reminders, confirmations, and follow up communications - all while tracking responses right within your portal view. If you're using Cisco Webex instead, no worries - that integration will be available soon.

 In addition, the Virtual Event Center will feature on-demand replays of Oracle events you can use to share with your customers and apply associated workflows to drive viewership and manage follow-up with interested prospects.
