Meet Our April Action: Oracle Platinum Services

Have you decided on your April action for the month? Here at OPN, our April action is providing end users with easier industry leading support levels! Oracle Platinum Services provides enhanced support for high availability and performance to Oracle Premier Support end users running certified configurations of Oracle Engineered Systems—at no additional cost. We’re doing this with the automatic inclusion of the Oracle Advanced Support Gateway hardware, a Sun Server X3-2, on every Engineered Systems quote.

Effective earlier this week, the Configurator quoting tool in the Oracle Partner Store will automatically include the hardware configuration necessary to enable Oracle Platinum Services for new orders of Oracle Exadata, Exalogic or SPARC SuperCluster T4-4 Engineered Systems.

Offering these high availability services to end users at no additional cost is unprecedented and represents an opportunity for you to talk with your end users about the benefits of hardware and software that are engineered to work together, and how Oracle Platinum Services can help them further unlock the value of their investment in information technology.
