Giving Credit Where Credit is Due- Oracle Specialized and Certified Partners

Congrats! Hooray! You did it! Though you may not personally be graduating from the class of 2012, that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a big high-five for becoming an Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist! Here at OPN, we could not be more thrilled to see just how many partners within Oracle PartnerNetwork are getting Specialized, certified and just down-right brilliant. As we are sure many partners already know, getting Specialized can go hand in hand with getting certain required certifications.

That is why after all the confetti, cake and celebrating, it is important to ensure that your company is receiving full credit for their employees that have achieved these important Oracle certifications... which is why we’re excited to announce that Oracle has a new ‘Profile Sync’ functionality within the OPN Competency Center that makes the alignment process a total snap! Be sure to go to the go to the Profile Sync Landing Pad to check it out, just don’t forget your cap and gown.

As any Professor would say, “Be sure to do your homework” by properly aligning your training portfolio with your current oracle.com account. For those who are not sure if they received notification from Oracle, it never hurts to double check by clicking on the link above.

If you already have an Oracle.com account, here are some easy, breezy steps to take to ensure your on the path to success:

Go to https: https://competencycenter.oracle.com/opncc/profile_sync.cc

  1. Sign-in with your Oracle.com account, username and password
  2. Complete the Validation form and submit

But wait! Don’t forget these additional items you may need:

  • View your Pearson Vue Profile to locate: First Name, Last Name, Oracle Testing ID and City
