Make Your Reservations—Now!

By Tom Caldecott

You’ve registered for Oracle OpenWorld 2011. There’s nothing more to do, right? Not so fast. You still need to reserve your seat for the sessions. And that’s where the online Schedule Builder comes in.

Use it to navigate the conference schedule. View detailed information on sessions and activities, including schedule updates and recommendations. Create a customized schedule, making reservations for the sessions that interest you most.

Plus, you can email your schedule to yourself, or print it in various formats including pocket-sized. And if the session is full, the system will notify you when space becomes available.

Seating is limited for many sessions, available on a first-come, first-served basis,so don’t be left out. Create your schedule now.

Comments:

THe schedule builder seems to let me express INTERESTS in sessions but how do I definitively REGISTER for a given session?

Also - the normal schedule builder interface seems to disappear once I leave the specified URL and when I return (and login) I only see the content catalog and speaker catalog interfaces (which are different than the actual schedule builder interface).

The Oracle OpenWorld Schedule Builder is intended for registered Oracle OpenWorld attendees.

Oracle employees, contractors, and JavaOne attendees can view--but cannot register--for sessions.

PLEASE NOTE:

In order to reserve your seat in sessions, you must be a paid/registered attendee of Oracle OpenWorld and you must login using the *exact* email address you used for registration.

Thanks,

Alex, et al -

For the Schedule Builder login, your User Name is the same email address you used to register for Oracle OpenWorld and your Password is the same password you set up when you registered for Oracle OpenWorld.

If you forgot your Password, you can use the Forgot Username/Password tool https://oracleus.wingateweb.com/scheduler/jsp/forgotPassword.jsp?ts=1313162655605
