Customer case studies are a great resource for organizations looking to make a technology decision. They give visibility into how other organizations similar to them fared after making the same technology selection. Why did they choose that solution? What benefits did they receive? What were the timelines? Etc.
For me however, the best case studies are the ones that show quantifiable return on investment (ROI). Because let's be honest, what decision makers care about most is,
