As we entered 2020, the future of work was on the minds of many organizations. Many anticipated these changes, integrating remote work programs and streamlining collaboration tools, occurring within the next decade.

With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, brainstorming has quickly turned to action as HR leaders have been forced to react to sudden changes. With workplace life unlikely to return to the way things were pre-pandemic, workplace programs such as performance/goal management, employee engagement, and worker safety are changing. Prospective employees will also evaluate their job prospects based on how employers offer these programs, placing more pressure on HR leaders to deliver.

We are excited to have Steven Hatfield, Deloitte’s Global Future of Work Leader, provide his insights on workforce strategies as organizations shift into recovery. He brings over 20 years of experience advising leaders on workforce trends including implementing agile workforce models, transforming culture for growth, and activating strategy.

Join Oracle and Deloitte for a webinar on Monday, May 11 where they will discuss how organization leaders can develop their COVID-19 recovery strategy.

Join him this coming Monday, May 11 (Noon EST) on the Coaches Corner: HR Leadership Series on COVID-19. He will be discussing how organization leaders can develop their recovery strategy and what to keep in mind during implementation.

You’ll also hear about:

  • How focusing on purpose, potential, and perspective will help companies stand out in the years ahead
  • How COVID-19 has proven that virtual or remote work arrangements can be successful
  • Five critical actions that leaders must take as a part of their organization’s COVID-19 recovery
  • How workplace culture will be impacted even as workforces continue to be remote
