Oracle Customers Recognized for Providing Great Candidate Experiences

A career site and online application experience is often the first impression an organization makes on a candidate and potential future employee. Make sure it’s a positive one. The importance of providing a great candidate experience has gained a lot of attention lately in recruiting circles, and rightfully so. It has a direct impact on your ability to attract top talent.

Potentialpark found that 44% of candidates globally have given up on an online application and 58% say that the ATS feels like a black hole.  The Talent Board recently found that:

“…a quarter of candidates who say they had a bad experience also say they will go out of their way to dissuade others from applying. And those who had a great experience? 60% will go out of their way to encourage others to apply. So we can infer a cost difference there: give a good experience, get more candidates. Give a bad experience, and you’re losing candidates before they even apply.”

Recently, Potentialpark released the findings of their 2015 Online Talent Communication Study (OTaC). In it, they measure employers' ability to meet the expectations of candidates on a feature specific level as they guide candidates through their application process. They then rank the top 30 employers based on those providing the best application experiences. In every region surveyed, companies using Oracle’s Talent Acquisition Cloud were ranked at or near the top and were recognized more often than companies using any other recruiting solution. Check out the results below:

United States:

  • 4 of the 5 top ranked companies use Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud.
  • Of the total 30 companies ranked, 18 use Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud. That’s more than double the total of any other provider.


  • 3 of the 5 top ranked companies use Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud.
  • Of the total 30 companies ranked, 11 use Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud, more than any other provider.


  • Of the total 30 companies ranked, 14 use Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud. That’s more than 3 times the total of any other provider.
