We have recently received an external report card measuring how we are performing in the HCM marketplace, this time from Gartner. The analyst firm looks at Oracle’s vision and execution compared to other vendors in the space and delivers an assessment of our performance. 

I’m happy to say that the news is good - We’re honored again to be recognized in their latest Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises as a Leader for the fifth year in a row.  This position is especially meaningful in times like this when customers are turning to us to help keep their businesses going. 

The pandemic has challenged HR leaders like never before, but we’re proud to be a partner that can help. With everything from re-skilling a workforce to implementing health and safety protocols and welcoming workers back into the office – we’re working closely with our customers to not only survive, but thrive in this new normal.  

As you know, my team thrives on innovation. We love finding the tough challenges and seeking new ways to solve them.

We’re honored again to be recognized in their latest Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises as a Leader for the fifth year in a row.

I believe our position in this Gartner Magic Quadrant recognizes the innovation in our DNA and our most recent investments in HR Help Desk and Digital Assistant—tools critical for success as employees work from home.

But our success isn’t ours alone, as more than 80% of product updates originate from our customer feedback and support. The HCM customer community has created thousands of ideas in our Idea Lab, attended our focus groups and sat in on Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings–some of our customers are even on my top contacts lists as we’ve texted our way through implementation!
