The integration of Oracle Cloud HCM has provided Energir, a top distributor of natural gas and electricity in Quebec and Vermont, with a comprehensive solution to finding and retaining talent, optimizing company operations, and making informed decisions that align with its values as a company. As the key project lead for the implementation, Primeau only needed 7 months to replace the company’s legacy system with Oracle Cloud HCM, thanks to his solution-oriented mindset, responsiveness to feedback, and adaptable approach. In all, this comprehensive first phase included configurations for Global HR, individual compensation, and performance goals modules.
Spurred on by Primeau’s efforts, Energir anticipates an even faster implementation process in Phase 2 and estimates a 5-month time period in which modules such as Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR Help Desk will be made available for each of the company’s 1,500 employees. These updates will present new performance possibilities for the company’s workforce and support its long-term vision and goals every step of the way.
