    Agree on the user experience being a primary driver for customers transitioning to the cloud. The 'twist' to this story is that many providers put out one user experience and expect it to remain static for a long period of time.
    As you review user experience, most enterprise companies like to reference the experience of an ecommerce site and their users indicating that their enterprise site must be as easy to use as the ecommerce site.
    The point most enterprise providers neglect to admit - is the ecommerce sites are constantly evolving and changing. The site you bought your holiday gifts on in 2017 is very different than the sites you will encounter in 2018.
    Cloud solutions can't rely on being solving a problem once and then moving on with out looking back. This "set it and forget it" mentality leads to significant customer dis-satisfaction with their cloud solutions and typically leads to abandonment of the same.
    To be successful, look to solution providers that continually survey the market including their customers, and seek new ways to approach existing problems.
    Look for flexible platforms that can quickly adapt to take advantage of the benefits of whatever emerging technology emerges on the horizon.
    Never give up on the pursuit of delighting your customers, who ever they may be.
