What's new in 12c: Adaptive joins part 2

In our earlier post on adaptive joins we explained how this new 12c functionality works and said we would follow up this post with a real-world demo.  Instead of outlining the demo as a blog post, with screen shots, we thought it might be better to deliver the demo via video. So, please take a look at our real-world example of adaptive joins in action as demonstrated by Tom Kyte and Lance Ashdown in this video.
