In support of the EMEA A&C key focus area of Partner Self Sufficiency, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Guided Learning Path: EMEA Partner Induction Bootcamp Technology.
This new Guided Learning Path is aimed at increasing partner's self-sufficiency in positioning Oracle Technology portfolio. Partners Sales forces will experience a complete overview of Oracle Technology Stack, Oracle Selling techniques and Business Practices in EMEA in order to identify business opportunities and increase their revenue with Oracle.
This Guided Learning Path has two different levels:
- Level 1 - Awareness: 17 different recorded eLearning sessions covering the complete Technology Stack. They are organized in 3 big modules: Database and Options, Fusion Middleware and BI. At the end of each module, delegates will have the opportunity to take an assessment to evaluate their new solution knowledge. Alternatively, delegates can complete the full programme assessment that includes the 3 modules. The completion of all individual assessment or the full programme assessment makes partners eligible for Level 2 - Proficiency.
- Level 2 - Proficiency: 2-day in-class training that allows delegates to improve and practice their opportunity management skills. Delegates will follow a full sales cycle with a case study simulation that will end with the delivery of presentations by the delegates to the event facilitators (representing the customer).
These tutorials are only available to all EMEA OPN members working in Technology. It is recommended that anyone with a sales or customer facing role in the Partner or VAD organization completes this GLP.
