ORACLE FUSION FINANCIALS RAPIDSTART TOOLS
Oracle Fusion Financials now offers streamlined configuration templates for the
Financials and Fusion Accounting Hub offerings in Fusion Setup Manager (FSM),
enabling customers and partners to focus on just the critical setup steps and
minimize the time needed to complete key setups necessary for day-to-day
use of the Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
To streamline the implementation process further, customers and partners
can now leverage spreadsheet-based upload of key setup entities. They can
define ledgers and related entities such as charts of accounts, calendars, business
units, and legal entities, as well as banks, branches, and bank accounts in
easy-to-use spreadsheets. Customers and partners can leverage spreadsheet
features to quickly enter large volumes of setup data, offline if desired,
and then automatically load setup data when complete. In addition, customers
and partners can define Transaction Tax configuration, using spreadsheet
templates that simplify entry, use common tax terminology and provide
relevant functional context. Completed spreadsheets can be uploaded
using the actions provided within related setup tasks, which automates
creation of relevant tax configuration.
