ODPI-C 2.0.0 Beta 2 is out with runtime client linking

Anthony Tuininga just released ODPI-C 2.0.0-beta.2 on GitHub. The release notes list all changes. ODPI-C is an open source library of C code that simplifies the use of common Oracle Call Interface (OCI) features for Oracle Database drivers and user applications.
