Intelligent Advisor Release 20A (12.2.18) is now available for public cloud and private cloud customers.
The following enhancements have been made to the CX Sales and B2B Service connector:
The ability to load in additional data from CX Sales and B2B Service (for example, product catalog or transaction history information) after the user is already part way through an advice experience, is now supported in the Intelligent Advisor-CX Sales and B2B Service integration.
Adding an Intelligent Advisor interview into a subtab of an agent workspace no longer requires groovy script. A new ‘Intelligent Advisor interview’ subtab type has been added to Application Composer which gets the list of available interviews on the connected Intelligent Advisor Hub for the application designer to simply select.
Case records can now be loaded, updated and created directly from Intelligent Advisor interviews. This includes support for loading, updating and creating child objects of case (contact, household, message, resource and custom child) within the same interview.

Public cloud: You can upgrade your testing sites at any time via Oracle Cloud Portal Service Cloud Configuration Assistant. All sites will be automatically upgraded according to the published schedule.
