OPA @ MCX 2019 Wrap

I was lucky enough to go to Modern CX for the first time and I got to hear from a number of OPA customers. 


The first was Beachbody, who spoke about their self-service adoption which is being driven by OPA. They achieved 2x ROI in the first year.

Check out this awesome slide -– they have improved by 27% since Jan 2018! (that’s after the cost of OPA is factored in!)

Legal Aid Ontario

Not only did we get to hear about all the great things that Beachbody are doing we also heard how OPA is enabling Legal Aid Ontario to respond to priority client needs across their customer service channels.

    It was in my opinion the best MCX and probably one of the best Oracle events I have ever been to. Engaging, modern and very friendly. Not often I say that about a big event.
