Many of us are stuck on 6.9.1 until you guys can re-enable the local file renaming of variables, that was replaced by project wide refactoring in 7.0.

You could add another feature, Ctrl-Shift-R or something, that works like the original in-line same-scope variable renamer. Looking forward to that.

Hi! Has GlassFish 1.x/2.x support been dropped for good?

    Ahoj,

prosim ťa, ako zruším v novej verzii to neustále zbalovanie if/switch a podobne, ide ma s toho poraziť a naviac počas editácie sa mi svojvolne (if, switch, forarch) zbaľujú a rozbaľujú.

ja chcem pri otvorení súboru aby sa mi zbalili metody a nič viac.

v nastavení to viem len zakázať celé :-(

cmexec: I don't know what happened in GlassFish, try to ask someone who maintains it.

guest: It can't be simply done, because that autocollapsing is a probably some feature of whole editor support, not just PHP (but in PHP it's more visible, since we fold cycles, conditions and such too)...it behaves same in Java editor if I e.g. use a code template :( See issue http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=209284 for better explanation. So until something is done with it, I recommend to don't use folding. I've never used it and I work and live without any problem :)

it is disappointing that android development is not officially supported in Netbeans

this forced me and my team to move to Eclipse

You may not think of it as threat, but soon you gonna loose many developers
